Kasoa is in the news again after another 14-year-old boy sets 10-year-old boy on fire with petrol.
The 10-year-old boy, Ishmael Mensah has been wickedly murdered buy a teenager identified as Hammer.
Ghpage.com reported that, the minor was on an errand for his mother to buy a shoe when the teenager met him holding a little jar of petrol, hammer poured on him and set the 10-year-old boy on fire.
In a phone interview on UTV between the mother of Ishmael and host Afia Pokua monitored by yebekagh.com, the mother of the 10-year-old who’s also a nursing mother said her son returned from the errand but she noticed him crying and realized that he was with severe burns.
Although residents have argued that Hammer is 18 years and must be arrested, father of Hammer is resisting arrest as he claims his son is 14 years old.
