On Sunday, Israeli security forces discovered the remains of 17-year-old Ruth Peretz, who had gone missing alongside her father during the tragic Re’im music festival massacre on October 7.
Ruth, who faced the challenges of muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy, had her wheelchair found near the Gaza border a few days after the horrific incident. This discovery had raised concerns that she might have been abducted into Gaza by the Hamas terrorist group.
Tragically, her father, Eric, who had also been reported missing following the mass infiltration, was found lifeless by law enforcement and medical personnel on October 16.
