As part of measures to control the spread of the virus in tertiary schools including KNUST, has urged everyone to avoid crowded areas but will KNUST postpone mid-semester exams
Not long ago Ghana became the latest African country to have recorded two cases of the outbreak of coronavirus.
University of Ghana, Legon has suspended all church activities over the fear of an outbreak.
Crowded areas may include a church congregation, cafeteria library or even examination hall. Examinations may hence be postponed but the Dean of Students (DOS) has not confirmed it yet.
The outbreak, however, has been contained in the country. Only one case has been recorded so far after the former. The DOS may ignore the postponement and confirm the proceeds of all papers this week.
Looking at the situation on grounds now, academic officials only urge students to prepare diligently prepare for the exams.
