Sarkodie(King Sark) from Ghana has received the Best International Flow award which he won in 2019 at the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Hip Hop Awards.
Sarkodie was nominated in the newly created Best International Flow category alongside six other acts, Falz from Nigeria, Lil Simz and Ghetts from UK, Kalash from France, Nasty C from SA and also, Tory Lanez from Canada.
Sarkodie on Instagram shared an IGTV video which captured him unveiling his plaque sent to him from the BET administration.
During his acceptance speech at the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Hip Hop Awards and in his video, he dedicated the award to Ghana, to Sarknation and to his cute little daughter Tity.
He stated clearly, “I just want to say thank you to the Almighty God. To my family, this one is for my little girl Titi. I think Africa has always had it and it is about that time. This year is the Year of Return and I will urge each and every one of you here to take a trip back home.”
