The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced dates for the SHS double track in calendar.
As per the new academic calendar, first year students in some schools will run a double track calendar. Even though all SHS schools are reopening together, management of the various schools will inform students of their various tracks whiles on campus.

DOUBLE TRACK CALENDAR 2021- GES
The first year double track schools will observe the following calendar:
First Semester
Green Track: 18th March to 25” June 2021
Gold Track: 18th March to 28 May 2021
Second Semester
Green Track: 1st September to 18th December 2021
Gold Track: 30th June to 18th December 2021.
SINGLE TRACK CALENDAR 2021
It must be noted that not all schools will run double track. in the light of this, the single track schools will observe the following calendar for the year:
First Semester
18th March to 25” June 2021
Second Semester
1 September to 1 8th December 2021
