Universities in Ghana including UCC are finding it difficult to keep up with academic activities due to the ongoing lockdown.
While there are only a few alternatives, some tertiary institutions have resorted to e-learning.
Students have argued that H.E Nana Akuffo Addo has said the government knows how to bring back the economy but what they do not know is how to bring people back to life.
The point here is that indeed education is important but, so is the lives of students. They call out, therefore, to halt the e-learning.
Well, this is not much of a valid argument until the link between studying and preserving one’s life can be established.
Several stances show that not all students in Ghana have access to internet services. It is presumed that the school makes all that readily available to students on campus but not at home.
