Jaden Smith admits live on TV that he was “Just Bones” before his family intervened in his food eating issues.
According to Jaden’s family, they staged an intervention in 2019 after observing that their son wasn’t getting enough protein after going vegan.
Jaden has gained 10 pounds in over two years, as he addressed on the Dec. 22 episode of Red Table Talk.
Explaining on the show how much weight he has gained in the last two years, Jaden said, “I was able to work with the doctors and really get my vitamins and get my supplements and protein shakes,”
adding that he is now able to put on more muscles, “That’s half of my diet. It’s like a password that I have to find to my body. I’m like, ten pounds heavier now, at this point. I feel like I’m keeping on my weight. I’m able to put on more muscle.”
